INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk (I used 1%)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a small sauce pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
